Webvisions Wins Hosting Agreement with Online Arm of Jardine Matheson Group Throughout the Asia-Pacific

SINGAPORE, 28 September, 2001 – Webvisions, Asia’s leading hosting provider, today announced that it has signed an agreement to provide web hosting services to JOS Synergy (HK) Limited – Asia’s leading solutions provider and a joint-venture company between Jardine OneSolution (JOS) and TELUS Enterprise Solutions - and JOS Synergy’s pool of customers throughout Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, India and Australia. Under the agreement, JOS Synergy will also serve as Webvisions’ preferred hardware vendor.

As JOS Synergy’s preferred Internet Data Centre (IDC) partner, Webvisions will provide IDC services to the Company and its Asia-Pacific clients, including managed services, high-end complex co-location and dedicated servers. The services offered by Webvisions will provide a comprehensive, secure and high-speed hosting platform designed to meet a wide range of corporate e-Business needs through enhanced levels of security, connectivity, reliability, and immediate round-the-clock technical support.
