Webvisions and Adero Form Partnership to Offer Premium Web Site Performance for Asia-Pacific Region

Webvisions to Resell the Adero Content Delivery Services to offer the First Enhanced CDN to their Content Providers

Singapore, 29 April 2001- Webvisions, a leading hosting provider in Asia, and Adero, Inc., provider of enablement services for content distribution networks (CDN), today announced a partnership which will enable Webvisions to offer global web content caching and on-demand multimedia streaming services to its content provider customers throughout Asia.

Under the agreement, Webvisions will incorporate,co-brand and co-market Adero's CDN services, utilizing the Adero GlobalWise service mark and reseller materials as part of siteContent, the content delivery arm of Webvisions' Professional Managed Services suite. The Adero content delivery services, including streaming capabilities, are part of the established GlobalWise Network which will provide Webvisions with worldwide coverage and premium web content delivery services throughout Asia.
