Support Policy for Webvisions' SohoMail Hosting Package
Sohomail Hosting is implemented with Plesk control panel delivers the advantages of having email service for your domain through an easy to use web based interface.
Support Policy
- Technical support for SohoMail account users is provided by email through support@webvisions.com. You may write a direct email to support@webvisions.com or send it through the Support request form linked from your SohoMail account.
- In the event that you have issues receiving email at your SohoMail account through your email client such as Outlook, Outlook Express or Eudora, you may use WebMail to recheck and send email for support purposes. Alternatively, you may also want to use a free email address from Hotmail, YahooMail or Gmail to communicate for SohoMail support purposes.
- An online help page is provided together with the control panel. It will show you how to create, modify, delete email accounts and using the webmail interface is provided. You are advised to refer to this online help guide whenever possible.
- Phone call support is not provided with Sohomail package. Our helpdesk will log your phone call as a new support case and come back to your through email. Technical support via phone is not provided.
- Support is provided from Monday to Friday, 8am morning to 12 midnight and Saturday 9am to 3pm.
- In general, you may expect our response to your support request within 24 hours for Monday to Friday and 48 hours during weekend.
- Webvisions will provide support on the email server applications, webmail and overall health of the SohoMail service. While we would be glad to assist in minor user computer or email client application, this support would be minimal and not covered by the SohoMail hosting package.
